MERaLiON Public Licence

MERaLiON is developed by the Institute for Infocomm Research (“I²R”), a national research
institute of the Agency for Science Technology And Research (“A*STAR”), funded by the
National Research Foundation, Singapore under its National Large Language Models Funding
Initiative.

MERaLiON (the “Software”) is available for use on the terms set out below. Your use of the
Software is conditional on your agreement to these terms. Please do not proceed if you do
not agree to these terms.

Terms of Use
You agree that if you share or otherwise distribute the Software (including in an adapted or
modified form (“Derivative Work”)), you must:
(a) Retain the identity of the creators.
(b) Retain a copyright notice,
(c) Include a disclaimer of warranties,
(d) Indicate if you have modified the Software and retain an indication of the modifications,
and
(e) Indicate that this Software is licensed under these public license terms and include the
text of or a link to these license terms.
